Our Story
The owners of JBArista, LLC are all part of an extended family from Zachary, Louisiana. Growing up in Louisiana, the family all loved Community Coffee. So when the decision was made to open a coffee shop it was easy to choose the taste we already knew and loved.
The company was formed in 2017 when John Stagg and his two nephews, Bond Babin and Anthony Vicellio, decided to open a CC's Coffee House in their hometown of Zachary. In becoming a licensed partner with CC's, JBArista plans to add several other locations to provide the best possible service in the communities in which we are located.
JBArista is proud to have Karen Neal as the operations manager for all locations. She oversees the day-to-day service of the coffee houses and her drive for excellent customer service is shown in the way the teams at the stores work day in and day out.
Management
Karen Neal
Neal is a long-time resident of Zachary, where she resides with her husband and three children who attended Zachary High School.
Originally from Ohio, she studied accounting and business management at the Columbus Technical Institute in Columbus, Ohio. Also, she was a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in Ohio and received ministry training through the World Harvest Ministry Training program in Columbus.
Most recently, Neal was executive secretary and bookkeeper for Zachary High School. She also served as administrative assistant in the Human Resource Department of Georgia-Pacific in Zachary and as director of children's ministries and payroll/benefits and accounting administrator for The Rock Church in Zachary.
